I came into the Teddington Sweatshop branch after local ones closed down.
The custom moulded insoles have been excellent as usual!
I also appreciated the guys making the effort to be more patient while I’ve been feeling speechless after lots of bad things happened!

Never delivered trainers I ordered impossible to get hold of anyone, emails go unnreplied
Trainers query defect.
Ordered a pair of trainers from this website. Had an issue with defect on trainers but the customer service experience was fantastic. They offered me an exchange or a full refund.
My issue was resolved quickly and professionally. Would I order from them again?
Yes because they got the level of customer service right from my experience and have faith.
The customer operatives name was Paul. Thankyou for resolving issue.

Really bad service and bad customer…
Really bad service and bad customer service. I bought one t-shirt, and they sent me another different one (probably one that no one wanted). When I complained because the mistake, the answer was that there was the same model, didn't matter the colours, or the shape, and if I wanted returned, I had to pay for it...No more comments, but the t-shirt ended into the bin

I ordered Adidas Shower Slides and I was sent the Adidas Duramo Slides which are a different style and fit.
When I raised this they said ‘we do state the style may differ’ but I don’t see how they can justify sending a completely different product to what I wanted.
They won’t cover return postage so its going to got me to send back even though they sent to wrong item.
I am trying to escalate this but it seems really hard to contact them.
If this is how they treat their customers then avoid - you don’t know if you’ll end up receiving what you ordered and if you don’t they’ll say its your issue not theirs!

AWFUL customer service - buy elsewhere
I never write reviews but I am making an exception for Sweatshop.
APPALLING customer service.
Numerous emails sent in an effort to get my questions answered... incorrect amount refunded (had asked for an exchange) - though by the sounds of the other reviews I was fortunate to get that! Only received the correct amount as, perhaps mistakenly, they'd confirmed this in an earlier email so I attached as proof. In the meantime, I received an email telling me my query had been resolved! I only persisted as I desperately wanted a certain brand of trainer for my Marathon coming up. They've now lost me time (and money in returning the items for my money back) trying to get things elsewhere.
I really wouldn't waste your time or money on this company.

Sweatshop have delivered the exceptional! (Even if I was sceptical after reading the reviews on here!)
To say I was sceptical after ordering a pair of Air Max 97's and then seeing the reviews on here would be an understatement. I was petrified of what might be coming over the next few days. But here's the thing.....I paid the extra for next day delivery. I received them. I ordered white size 9....I received them. No faults with the trainers, no glue issues, nothing. I received email when being dispatched. I received an email when the trainers were with Hermes and I received another email with photos of where they had put the trainers as I was out for the day when they arrived.....outstanding!!
Everyone has different experiences amd it's very hard to give a company a chance when you read the reviews that smother the first few pages. But here's the thing...."most" of the time.....people only highlight negative experiences....well.....I'm here to tell you that this is probably the most efficient service I've received so far this year.
Maybe Sweatshop sorted themselves out? Maybe I was very lucky.....either way...I I the trainers I wanted....the very next day and they're exactly as I expected them to be.
Thankyou Sweatshop and I hope that others can start experiencing the same outstanding service that I feel you've given me.

Absolutely appalling online customer service!!!! Have never experienced anything like it in my life. Would strongly advise not to buy from them online!!!

I wish I could give no stars. After searching for anyone with the old style Adidas sliders and found them at Sweatshop I ordered them although I could have bought the new style cheaper, the new style arrived. That was bad enough as they seem cheaply made and probably not genuine Adidas. The worse issue was that the size 9 I ordered was 2cm shorter than my current size 9s. When I tried to arrange return they were incredibly short with me via email as I wanted a free returns label and they refused saying that when I returned the item, if they were found to be wrongly sized they would refund - I couldn't get a clear answer whether that would include both my postage payments. Hence I didn't trust the company to refund my money (verified by other reviews which I wish I'd read beforehand) and therefore I have given these to a friend with size 6 feet - they fit a size 6.
Just for information, Sweatshop.com is the same as Lovellsports.co.uk and also a part of the SportsDirect group.
Lessons learned, check reviews before you buy and AVOID this useless bunch at all costs.

Incredibly poor - do not buy from them
I wish I had read the last review before ordering… I ordered a pair of Nike trainers for my son and up to the point that the courier said ‘we have them’ I was convinced the order was being fulfilled. I have chased the SS online store only to be fobbed off that their courier hasn’t updated them and therefore they will NOT refund me. This is still not resolved and they haven’t tried to update me in two weeks, still blaming the courier. Not really my issue or something that I can influence. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I will be seeking my refund via PayPal.

I never knew this terrible company was part of the Sports Direct group… I’ve had problems with them in the past so I would never have ordered had I known.
They are completely useless. Sent me the wrong size and I had to fight for a refund as the package was ‘lost’.
This time I’ve returned and once again have had to chase for my refund.
They don’t answer emails so I’ve had to escalate via PayPal.
The box was direct from Sports Direct but of course you aren’t allowed to return anything in store.
I will never buy from any of these companies again.

I was in the London Trump Street store in the city today. Sarah was extremely helpful and helped me to find the perfect running shoes using the free gait analysis. Thank you so much. Thoroughly recommend this service - excellent
